Why don't you ask me to rate U-Haul as a company and not the location where I picked up the truck? Why don't you ask me my experience using the app I was forced to use? Why don't you ask me how my interaction with the phone support person went? Because all of that was absolutey terrible. The ONLY bright side was The lady (Tiffany) that worked for the place I picked up the truck. Your app sucks, your phone support sucks, your dispatch sucks, and I wil NEVER rent another U-Haul. I would rather buy my own box truck then sell it when I'm done. The only reason I marked 1 star is because the location being self service is why I had to suffer for an hour just to get the app to show me the lockbox code to get the damn key to the truck.

The location wasn't the problem, the uhual app never worked for me. I didn't get my truck until hours after being scheduled for pick up, it was extremely stressful and not what I wanted to deal with. I will not be using uhaul ever again. Fix your system.
