U-Haul had leftover items from previous move U-Haul had flat right rear tire. I was told by the person renting it to me that it was OK and just to ignore it. U-Haul had balding tires that were summer tires and extremely dangerous. This vehicle should not have been rented out. U-Haul got stuck three times and almost ended up in a ditch I had to pay for a tow out of pocket. I will never ever rent from this location again they don’t value human life.

ROD MStaff was very friendly and trying to be helpful, but they admitted that they don’t usually deal with trailers and they didn’t know what to do as it was different than trucks. It took almost 45 minutes to get going and I was already 1 hour late because my original pick up place did not have a trailer for me and I was sent to this place which opened later in the morning.
