Staff was very friendly and trying to be helpful, but they admitted that they don’t usually deal with trailers and they didn’t know what to do as it was different than trucks. It took almost 45 minutes to get going and I was already 1 hour late because my original pick up place did not have a trailer for me and I was sent to this place which opened later in the morning.
RICHARD DI was scheduled to drop my trailer off at this location, but when I got there, he informed me that he only deals with trucks, not trailers. The owner has informed U-Haul in the past that he did not take trailers, but somehow I was still able to select this location as my drop off. He made a call to U-Haul and agreed to take the trailer for me. I was very grateful for his help and would highly recommend this location.
