They were closed when rental was dropped off, so there was no interaction with personnel.
Michael DI would not recommend Uhaul in general it was already $700 and they charged me an additional $50 because we got lost on way to drop off location and were 10 minutes later than the time that I chose to deliver it back to them. The guy at this location was amazing and apologized for the extra charge but it was out of his control!
