No personnel on site, but very helpful customer service agents on phone and the app was very user-friendly
SAMSON NWas told that the truck had not been as of 7/25 when it was dropped off 7/2 and after multiple calls to the location finally spoke with someone 7/28 and was told it was checked and he had already checked it out to someone e else and would get back to me k to me but have not heard a word yet
