I booked 15' truck, instead I got 10', I tried to ask the person behind the counter at the location, he said, they don't have 15' right now, and he can't do anything about it, and gave me 10'. I went back at night to check if they have 15', they had one sitting at their lot, and I asked if they could change that for me, but he said sorry, I can't find you in UHAUL app booking, so I can't do it. Very bad experience.

Kitty Mart and personnel was GREAT!! VERY HELPFUL! Explained the app, etc. Truck was clean.
Cynthia DThe truck was dirty, trash, dirt and debris inside truck. Also the blankets and furniture dolly was not in truck and they didn’t have at this location. I had to go across town to get the equipment I already paid for and then got charged for additional mileage. This location also smelled like cigarettes. Terrible.
LISA RI did not receive the appliances dolly that I paid for. I was sent to the Uhual site in my area to pick one up since they were unable to provide me with one. After arriving at my areas uhual location, they also did not have an appliance dolly. I had to drive and pay for additional miles in the uhual for nothing. The uhual was also under 25 miles before empty.
