Honestly, there is nothing to improve. I was immediately greeted by an employee who helped me get my car parked in the right location. I was very politely greeted inside the store and was out very quickly with the keys.

Everything was smooth and easy. Could not ask for better.
Ronnie YI reserved a truck co and appliance dolly. When I got there and did the self check in, there was no dolly but moving blankets were in the truck. Luckily, an employee was on site although I was told the location would be closed when I picked up the vehicle. He got it corrected.
