Was terrible, was there for 3 hours because they didn’t know what they were doing and could not speak English, they charged me an extra 30 dollars for sone collision that I never agreed too, the unit was so dirty I had to clean it out, I will never use U-Haul again, I was so upset being a senior and trying to move is bad enough but this experience was upsetting,. Tgey should not have people there who are not trained to handle this job!!
