We reserved a trailer and furniture dolly from a location near us. The day before we were to pick up the trailer/dolly, we received a call instructing us to pick up the trailer/dolly at a different location. When we got to the new location, the owner did not have a furniture dolly: he said he'd never even seen a U-Haul furniture dolly. We had to go out and find our own furniture dolly so we could complete the move. I could not submit the review without marking either "yes" or "no" on whether we would recommend this location to a friend. The trailer was clean and well-maintained, but all of the items we ordered were not available as promised, so my honest answer would be "maybe".
