It would be nice if I actually received a bill

There was nothing that said I had to return the vehicle during certain hours. The change of location was inconvenient and I had to leave the truck outside the gate as I didn't have a code to enter. This was a terrible experience.

Clean the vehicle. There was a leftover contract from a previous customer in the cab and pieces of broken glass in the cargo area.

This was the third UHaul location i had to visit that had on hand the size truck I reserved. The first two, although a reservation was made at each, didn't have the 10x10 truck. So, this facility, for that simple fact, was a positive experience.

I did not actually receive my furniture dolly. My reservation was changed from a regular one to a truck share with no prior notice. People at the location were assholes. I put in my final return that I never got my furniture dolly and I was still charged for it.
