Poor customer service
Hector RThe building was not identified as a UHaul operation. Heavy traffic made me have to circle back to access it.
Charlie RThis wasn’t my first choice for drop off because it was a couple of miles further, but it was fine. I was sent a text message asking me to use this location instead. Again it was fine, but after driving 5.5 hours and then unloading I was annoyed I had to drive further to drop it off. Again, not the end of the world, but it was a long day.
