There was a lock on truck , called them , no answer … very poor. Lost time while trying to deal with 1-800 number to figure out code, no one could… until I finally figured it out by guessing. Not good at all. Did deal with Kevin and Vanessa, but he were nice, but was not a great situation. And I still need to rent another truck to live my kid from NC TO VA, do I find another company ?!?!

The manager was out so their staff member acted like he knew nothing about the UHAUL rental I placed. Then to make it worse he came out to the truck when I was trying to get the key from the code that was sent to me...he came out saying UHAUL was closed and I couldn't take the truck. I'm assuming they just need to be trained..I called the customer service for UHAUL and the lady was so helpful and I did end up driving off with the truck I rented. After an hour later.
Timothy HI prefer a center that hooks it up for me. I was forced by a change in location by UHaul.
Robin CThis location is not marked well at all. Just an 8x10, maybe 11x14 U-Haul sign on the street. It was very easy to miss. I had to call the number to find out where they were since there was no building that had the name VZ Mart on it. It was actually an Exxon gas station. There weren't any attendants to talk to just a drop box. Used the app to return the truck and leave the keys in the drop box, which was the only easy thing about the return on this. There wasn't even an actual proper place to park the truck. I had to guess where to park the truck and parked it by a curb in front of a U-Haul trailer. If that trailer hadn't been there, I wouldn't have known where to park the truck.
