This guy told me he wont finish the transaction unless I back the truck up (which i felt uncomfortable doing in the dark) I literally had to have the police come out and tell him he has to give me a receipt and cant force me to back the truck in. Wasted an hour of my evening after a very long day moving. You need to take their u haul business away from that place, Cedar Hills Liquor, in Cedar Hills, MO. I WILL NOT do business again with u haul as long as they are allowed to treat people like that as a u haul representative. Your company should be ashamed. If they had negative stars that's what I would rate this ppace.

Decrease the length of time it takes to complete the reservation. I arrived at the pickup location at 2:30pm. The clerk behind the counter asked for me to go online and complete the reservation. With poor cell service I made the reservation it took almost an hour to leave with the equipment. It was very difficult to communicate with the individual completing the equipment pickup. I even asked if he was on drugs. I have rented from uhaul multiple times and will not be using this location in the future.
