ugine sThe person at counter was helpful, but the location itself was very dodgy.. Primary sales there are obviously vapes, THC products, incense, alcohol, and tobacco. I would avoid such places altogether normally. Also, not a fault of the location, but U-haul's app is terrible for return process, having taken many attempts to get it to work with my Android Pixel 10 Pro phone (with full on 5G service - internet was not the problem - it's the app and it's extensive process).
Thomas GI am only not reading the location as poor because it was very convenient. However, the equipment was old and outdated. There is nothing anywhere saying that you need a special adapter for the trailer lights. It didn’t have winch to lift it and weighed hundreds of pounds and took multiple people. It messed up the transmission because the hydraulic brakes on the trailer were ancient and now I have a huge repair bill. The person who runs the place was super rude. I will never tell anyone to go here.
