The staff were clearly upset about my partner and I coming to their establishment. We were treated poorly. I would encourage others to go to a different location. I've had great interactions with U-haul employees, which these were clearly not.

I had a great rental experience with KZM. The staff were relaxed and friendly - we had a great visit after I completed the checkout process. The checkout process was very easy and straightforward. The truck was easily located on the lot. It was clean, ran smoothly and was exactly as advertised. I did an after hours check in, but that process was really easy as well. I would highly recommend them for other customers.
