Requested 24 moving pads & 4 wheel dolly. When i arrived they had no dollies available and only 10 moving pads. Not a good way to start out.

There was no one working there. It was also a dropbox that was kind of in a secluded area and when you’ve never did it before, and you’re not sure how to do it it can kind of be scary.
Kim STook almost an hour to use app to get keys. App kicked me out multiple times. Extremely frustrating and I got charged for that hour. I had to rush to return truck within shortened time limit. Horrible experience.
