The attendant was unable to help me unload my motorcycle because no ramp was available. Therefore I had to go to a motorcycle dealership and pay them to unload the motorcycle. I'm requesting a refund because of this.

This was the worst rental experience I have ever had with Uhaul, I was in the military and moved every 2 years so I have rented from Uhaul many times. But The Uhaul location in Bountiful where I tried to get the truck first ruined the whole ecperience. I will never use Uhaul again becuse of the 1 gentleman that treated me like a unwanted customer. HORRIBLE. I have already called and complained, but Uhaul is ruined!!!!!!!!!

They are either grossly inept or downright dishonest. We had a 26 foot truck for 1 day and 2 hours and they charged us for 3 days of rental and 3 days of insurance. To add salt to this injury they charged us $9 for fuel when we filled up the truck before we turned it in!

Truck was dirty, attendant was slow and I had to wait 45 min to complete transaction. I am also a 23 year Air Force retiree and was told I should receive a Military Discount and never received one.

When I initially set up my U-Haul, I was planning on picking up the truck at the Bountiful location at 8:00 a.m. on 03/17. The day before, U-Haul called to let me know that my location had been changed and that the new time for pick up was at 9:00 a.m at the Centerville location. I understand that this can happen, but we had people ready and willing to help us move at 8:00 a.m. However, we let them know that the time was changed to 9:00 a.m. and they were still willing. On the day of pick up, we arrived at this location at 9:00 a.m. but no one was there. The gate was locked and the office was too. We tried calling two different numbers to see where an employee was, but we were given no answers. At about 9:20 a.m, the employee showed up late. It was a long process trying to get our truck and we didn't end up leaving until about 10:00 a.m. We wanted to try and move as early as possible, but we were about 2 hours behind at this point. Not only will I not use this location again, but I won't be using or recommending U-Haul in the future.

The representative was very friendly. However, I told him the trip mileage that was entered wouldn’t be enough for what I needed and it didn’t get changed so I wound up paying an extra $50.

We made a reservation in person on Monday for a Friday pickup. The rep made the reservation for that Monday not the right day. I called Friday about 30 minutes before my scheduled tune and they said they would make it right. Give him 30 minutes. When I arrived the person had gone home and no one replaced him for another hour. I finally left at 130 with the correct vehicle. When I returned it at 1:20 the attendant wanted to charge me for an other day because I brought it back late. Then he remembered I did not leave until after 130 so he was nice enough to fix the price. The service was marginal at best. The first rep was not great however the second attendant tried their best to help
