It took some time for the U-Haul specialist to get into there was a period of waiting about 45 minutes for pick up and the inside of the truck was dirty but overall the vehicle was very clean. I was also very impressed with the U-Haul truck pulling a trailer the ride, the fuel mileage the power. The overall trip was just awesome..Great Job U-Haul !!!!!!
KIM ATruck was not clean nor on time. we had to wait quite a while to get the dolly requested.
AMY Nit took an hour to go through the check out process. the clerk was very friendly, but they could not make the program work and ended up on the phone getting help. the process of picking up the truck was long and frustrating. the clerk stated several times that she has asked for help to figure out why the program does not work correctly but has not received it.
DALE NWe dropped off truck as directed but it was never checked in. After a week I received text & emails saying the truck was missing. Thanks to a local rep. the truck was found. This was a terrible way to end the rental. More training needed for store personnel.
