I only drove 20.2 miles and was told I went over 6 gallons of gas, the truck wasn’t cleaned when I got it and I uploaded the pictures and I have a video and was charged. The lady at the drop off was clueless, didn’t have the app, didn’t go check the truck, didn’t know anything. My experience with this location was not pleasant at all, I’ve been a customer for years and never had an be issue, I don’t think I’ll be a repeat customer anymore after my experience with this location. I live out of state and no matter the state I prefer uhaul over any company

Great service
Omar PU-Haul has poor service when you call in concerning a reservation. They can never modify a reservation which is poor customer service. I would advise to look for other moving equipment.
