I got called the day before pick up to say the pick up location was changed to approx 30 miles away. Was fairly upset as it was a wrench in my plans and acted like an ahole about it for a second until I realized at least it was the day before they called and not the morning of pick up! They were trying to make an adjustment as best they could to still fulfill my order. I apologized for my attitude and the representative gave me extra mileage for the inconvenience. So even with me having my moment, they were extremely professional, understanding and accommodating as they could be! The pick up and drop off was incredible easy and the truck drove like a champ. The representative went through the contract with me, making sure all my needs were met and I clearly understood my responsibilities, which was so helpful! I highly recommend UHaul for all your future moving needs!!!
