Intermittent turn signals, part falling off door, poor alignment. Even with pre-registration, waited more than 30 minutes to check in and get truck. Overheard another customer having an issue, I felt the customer was in the right, but absolutely no help or compassion from the manager.

More people to help you. With only two we had to wait over 30 min even though we did the rapid check in there was still a line of people to pick up and return and only two people to help you and one would have to leave to get the truck so that just left one person.

Get more employees! Have dedicated people to work the counter, and dedicated people to set up equipment outside, so the people don't have to run back and forth. Also train your people how to hook up trailers, or allow customers to hook up themselves. It took the employee 10 minutes to hook up a trailer that I could have done in 2. This is unacceptable. The service is exactly the same every time I've had to use uhaul, and I wouldn't keep coming back if there was another option.

Have your counter people stay behind the counter and not get the rental for the customer waited in line for 45 minutes for my rental!!! At least 10 minutes waiting in line with no one behind the counter!!!

Chandler location was okay. I returned the truck to a U Haul in Wichita. I was charged $40 for keeping the truck 40 minutes over the check in time. When asked for my money back, I was told I'd have to file a grievance with customer service or talk to the GM of the store.

Our only dissatisfaction is in returning the Truck, we had a very hard time finding the drop off, it was in a Motel parking area and very difficult to find while driving.

The guys working when I dropped the vehicle off were very friendly and helpful. They did a thorough inspection of the truck and noticed the unmarked damage that the previous shop did not mark. They made the drop off quick and painless and was very much appreciated!

Did not provide proper guidance when I advised that I did not have the proper 4 pin flat connector for the wiring harness. Wanted to hack into my car to run wires when there was a X Ean OEM solution available for less $ and risk since it required new fuses and relays. When showed up the next week for revised appt the systems were all down and I had to drive all the way back home to perform express check in. When dropping off trailer, employee insisted I pull far into a dead end where I was immediately boxed in by another large truck. You guys need to acquire a hitch dolly that permits your employees to disengage trailers in an open area and the customer ro simply drive away.

I reserved a 15ft truck on 5-20-2017. I got there at appointed time. They said I had reserved a cargo van. Not Good , Not big enough. I had 5 guys standing by to help me. Had to send them home since you did not have a 15ft truck for me. At that time I reserved a 15ft truck for next day. This time it was there. that afternoon I got a call for U-Haul saying I missed my appointment for the Cargo Van Don't understand how you can do business that way. NOT GOOD.

When I went to pick up the truck I saw the General Manager speaking with an angry customer. The GM was calm, cool, and respectful. I was incredibly impressed. He was even respectful when the angry customer was asking where the contract showed something that he clearly disagreed with. The GM was again, super cool. AMAZING job. I also had the pleasure on interacting with... I believe his name was a Jeremy... but I am terrible with names. He has an EPIC beard, but this was not the GM... but he has an epic beard too. Anyway, I was running late and called to let the Uhaul location know I would be skateboarding to the location. Jeremy thanked me for the call, and let me know that it really helps with their scheduling, and that he would have cold water waiting when I arrived. AMAZING service. When i called to keep.my rental.longer the guy i taked to.was very rude and the woman also. Corporate phone rang for a long time after 15 minni hung up very I'm professional. Will never rent or recommend to anybody.

Thjs place is super shady. I went inate afternoon as my truck died and I had rented a dump trailer at Home Depot. I needed a truck to be able to tow the rental trailer. My usual Uhaul didnt have one available, and they refered me to this one. They had the truck and got me going quickly. However, the attendant did not listen to my request, which was to have the truck possibly for the rest of the day mimimum, or possibly thru the weekend as I had no truck. Further, based in the advertising, the truck was on $19.95 "in town". Since I couldnt get to the dump in time, I couldnt return trailer, so I kept the truck overnight as I had planned. Early the next morning, I got to dump, then return trailer, then took truck back to Uhaul arriving at about 9 a.m. The returns attendant indicated I was late and there would now be an additional $20.00 fee. I stated that I had indicated I most likely never woukd have gotten truck back by nightfall. He said I didnt matter. I so stated they woukd have been closed and woukdnt have rented this truck anyways. He was condescending and smug and didnt care. I hooed he woukd waive the $20.00 fee since I had it back by 9, but no. He kept saying I should have read the small print, etc. And here I was with a broken truck and needed a rental to return a rented trailer. I was in a huge bind. Poor customer service to make an extra $20.00. You lost my business forever. Oh and the $19.95 "in town".....completely false advertising.....19.95 plus the 39.95 "rental fee" is $60.00 MINIMUM per day, then theres your .54 per mile fee.....so shady. Never again Uhaul. I will never use this Uhaul again and have ready posted one online review expressing these issues. More to come.

General Manager stated that he makes his own decision that Corporate Policy does not matter. Was expecting franchise policy applied to all private or Uhaul locations with UHaul name but this is not the case for this location.
