Staff seemed disinterested and gave me the wrong information as to where the truck was located. The truck, while not extremely dirty was messy inside the cab with some trash on the seat and spill stains on the seats and floorboard. If the trash was left by the prior renter, then shame on Furniture & Mattress Discounters staff for not cleaning it up. If it was left by their staff, then double shame on them! U-Haul would be better served to find another business to sponsor their product.

DESMOND SIt took 35 minutes to get the code for the lock on the back, and then another 10 minutes to get a dolly. You couldn’t pay me to go back to this location.
