your online portal was terrible. Had to call to talk to a human. the site person has no idea how to check out or handle any U-Haul transaction. its simply a means to park a vehicle. Ill use enterprise next time.

Tina TThe guy didn’t know we were coming. He had to call his manager “Sam” who kept asking for a confirmation number which we gave him several times he kept saying a digit was missing. We showed the man there the email and text with the number he continued to argue with us over the phone. We told them to forget it we were leaving and he then told us everything matches and we could take the truck. It took almost an hour to pick up this vehicle.
STEVEN ECould not get anybody to help me. Knocked on the door and somebody was inside and just looked at me. Would not acknowledge me. Was trying to leave hand truck somewhere but could not get any help. Unbelievable I think the guy was drunk.
