This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul. First, the pick-up location was an hour away from the requested pick-up location. Second, the pick-up location did not open at 8 am, as per the hours/U-Haul rep. I waited until 9:30 to pick up the truck since the next closest truck was over another hour away. When the owner showed up, he handed me the keys with no contract/paperwork, nothing. Luckily, I was already on the phone with a regional U-Haul representative, so she was able to do the paperwork (and make sure I had insurance) over the phone before driving away with the truck. The truck only had 38 miles left in the gas tank and cat hair was all over the interior; the dashboard, seats, and floorboards were covered in cat hair.

Remote drop off, so I did not interact with anyone, but the process was extremely easy.
Robert SI ordered 24 moving blankets, the blankets were not in the unit. We had to go in all the back closets of the store just to find blankets. And there was not 24, then I was questioned why I needed so many. I have used u-haul several times this year without any issues, I will never use white rock boxing to pick up or drop off again.
Brian Jyour online portal was terrible. Had to call to talk to a human. the site person has no idea how to check out or handle any U-Haul transaction. its simply a means to park a vehicle. Ill use enterprise next time.
