I reserved online ahead. Absolutely silly that I had to talk across the room to a back office while the typed in my info and kept moving me to the side to check out other customers at the register while yelling questions to me. The truck was dirty, it pulled to the right every time it hit a bump, it ran hot (smelled like it), leaked and made a high pitched squeal over a certain speed.
