I placed my order online. When I arrived, noting was ready. The truck they gave me was way way in the back and I had to go search for it. The dolly/hand truck I ordered were not in the truck yet and I had to put them in myself. I expected everything to be ready after placing my order online in advance. It was not. It also took over a half hour. Extremely inconvenient when you’re moving

The service clerk was Awesome! But couldn't help but notice it very hot outside and in. For customers and workers. The fan was working some what, the window looked broken. Plus her key broad was sticking so that made it harder for her to do the job in a timely manner.

Clarify who are employees and who are not - a number of men were hanging around the location - did not know if they were employees or the unemployed. However, Michelle was very helpful and very professional. She answered all of my questions and provided me with all that I needed to accomplish my move.

I was double charged, charged twicr, for one truck rental because of a mistake in booking at this location, I never think of the situation during business hours, when I could call to be reimbursed.

Get rid of all the guys hanging around the storage area smoking joints and drinking. I’m pretty sure I witnessed a drug deal, and was constantly watching my back waiting for trailer hook up.

The absolute worst establishment I have ever been to. Completely mismanaged. Workers were rude and impatient. They would take 20 minutes PER CUSTOMER regardless on if someone was buying boxes or renting a truck. Whoever runs this establishment should be fired.

Understaffed. Despite the fact I checked in online, that information had to be repeated to the intake clerk. It took 15 min for someone to come to the back lot to find the trailer. Service at this location is inferior to the excellent service I've found elsewhere at Uhaul. Trailer while new and in good physical condition, smelled of engine cleaner hand had small components (likely fuel intake jets) in the floor.

Please check the inside of the trucks for holes. The truck that was rented had a hole on the inside which caused water to get inside of the truck when it rained.

this Older guy that was working the register/computer was JUST AWFUL .... he first had the worst attitude EVER then i was trying to ask him about my reservation for that location he insisted it wasn’t showing in the computer so i call customer service & spoke with Jen about my quoted rate ... he had an issue with that as well ...even after i had put her on speaker phone he tried over & over to tell her he didn’t have trucks available then he called his boss Lester I’m assuming to see what could be done ... they made an adjustment for me & then proceeded to ask why i wait so late to get a truck & i had to let him know THATS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS IT WAS A BIG MESS!!! Something NEEDS TO BE DONE he was the worst

The van I had reserved at 6am was not available when I went to pick it up. I called customer service, and she stated that the keys were not set-up and the location opened at 7am. At 7am after the location opened, it was explained to me that if a customer had come before I came at 6am to pick up a van, not reserved, that he/she could essentially take the van that I had reserved. WHY TAKE RESERVATIONS IF THIS IS YOUR POLICY or they never set it up, neither of which could be identified as the reason why I could not pick up the van. While I did receive the $50 guaranteed reservation refund, it was my time that was of my biggest concern as I was renting a vehicle for a purpose and needed to get a start on my day. I will never rent from Uhaul again.

I needed moving pads which I added to my order....I arrived to my moving location and had to come back to the location I pickup the truck at because they were NOT in truck. I even asked when I was doing my paperwork and the guy said "yes you have moving pads". Coming back cut into my moving time and literally cost me money on gas and time due to Uhaul's mistake! I was/am not happy at all about this. He could have at least offered me a hand truck to use with no charge or offered to remove the cost of the pads or time/mileage I used coming back. The facility was clean and the workers were nice...but no pads, that I NEEDED, and having to come back with no compensations really leaves me with a bad feeling towards your company:(

I only gave an average review because the system was down, so i used the express check in while standing in line and still waited. The worker was very nice and apologetic about the system being down and thanked us for being so patient. We emptied our storage unit and drove all the way back to buffalo ny. The truck drove great! And the lower deck to load the furniture was a major plus! Thank you !
