I got there at 7 and literally no truck I needed was free but I only needed the thing for an hour. I was given a large van that was 2 times harder for me to drive and my trip I needed too 45 minutes longer than needed because it was not functional. Ended up being charged almost 60 for something that should have only been 38. Very upset and unhappy.

Everything was perfectly fine as far as the uhaul truck goes, but the lady who checked me in at this location had horrible customer service. From the time I walked in I greeted her with a smile and as she was getting everything set up she talked under her breath, barely made eye contact with me and continued with a bad attitude. I even had to take 20 minutes out of my driving time to search for my truck because it wasn’t out front like she claimed. It took me 3 times to search around and let her know I didn’t see the truck for her to actually come outside and help me find it.

The gentlemen working the counter was EXCELLENT. He was knowledgeable, moving as quickly as possible. You could not have someone better than what this gentleman was. However - I waited almost 40 minutes in line. The place was packed and only one employee working the counter. You need two people minimum on the counter during your busy times. The wait almost made me late to be back in time for the movers to begin loading.

We waited in line for 40 minutes because there was only one person working the desk of the busiest moving day of the week. We had done the speedy registration before arriving and still had to wait that long - receiving our truck after the scheduled pick up time. There were homeless people standing around the area asking if they could help move our things, and as a small female, it was very uncomfortable.

The staff at this location is very friends and accommodating. I choose this location over others because of this. Thank you! The drivers seat was torn in a few places, making it uncomfortable. Hopefully you can have it recovered.

this trailer was not fit to rent, but i was desperate. has nothing to do with the location, uhaul never gets rid of a trailer until a customer wrecks it on the road. then you pay for the old raty junker and uhaul scraps it. every square inch of this fiberglass trailer was damaged. the main body is cracked where it bolt the the frame. rear bumper is heavily damaged, chains are 12" too long(looking for an accident), hinge broken on door lid, both metal door stays bend and not functionable! to my amazement, the lights did work and receiver was ok. im pretty much shocked i made it to my location and back, as bad as this sport trailer condition was. it's a serious risk to rent a haul trailer, when it breaks down, good luck!! after this UHAUL adventure, i'll be buying my own trailer, since most of UHAULS equipment is from the early 1970's and in need of serious repair. think im kidding, go to www.consumeraffairs.com, after 821 reviews, uhaul squeaked out a ONE STAR,,,,LMAO! UHAUL=FASTEST WAY TO MEET YOUR INSURANCE AGENT ONE ON ONE. THANK UHAUL, FOR ANOTHER WHITE KNUCKLE ADVENTURE!!! THANK YOU GOD, FOR LETTING US BEAT THE ODDS!!

The gentleman in the store was very rude when we came to get the auto transport attached to the uhaul. He told us to google how to do it because he didn’t have time to do it himself. Finally a very nice man who was working outside, I believe his name was Melvin, came to help us. Thank goodness he did because she was not an easy task that we could have done by watching a YouTube video. We have never done such a thing and with us traveling across the country we wanted to ensure that it was locked in correctly. Melvin is amazing!

The experience was fine, except for me Vincent Madison, while I was there he really got on my last nerve but I contained myself. From putting my hands on him for being so rude to customers in what I guess he called being professional, I spent 22 years in the Usmc 4 tours of combat have ptsd , trained troops. But I could tell in just short I was there and what I saw from him, he made an elderly black women anry she even ask him to respect your elders. He upset some other guy , I sure you lose a lot more money just because of him . The other employees were nice and professional trying to makeup for his trying to mircro manger style . That’s dangerous now days dealing with the public he is a disaster waiting to happen there . Save your company the time and the money I’m sure this is not the first complaint on him no insults to the other employees they are great . But I will never use that location as long as Vincent Madison is working there. Thank you .

Overall I was very pleased with the service and how quickly the check out process went. Of all the other uhaul locations where I have rented a truck, this facility is one of the best. My only complaint - In the past I was always given a vehicle with a full tank of gas. I don't know if this policy has changed now, but my truck had less than 1/4 of a tank of gas when I picked it up. It was a hassle to immediately have to go get gas. But more importantly, since I didn't know how much gas I would use, I filled the tank and I ended up spending a lot more gas than I would have if I had been given a full and tank and replaced what I used.
