It's a bit challenging to get in and out of the parking lot. They shouldn't block off the side entrance. It's much easier to go in and out that way.

I dropped off and handed key to the gentleman and drove off. Easy! Would have liked email notification of the return on that day. 2 days have passed and I am still not sure if my return was processed. It is not clear form the website.

Better customer service. I was in person and he wanted me to go get my phone and check in online. He huffed when i didn't have the code on me. The truck was also full of snow and i needed to clean it off.

Rented furniture dolly was not forgotten. Had to make a return trip to get it. Also, when I made the reservation I said I would use the return location on Salem Ave in Roanoke. The agent who gave me the trailer said I could return it to any location in Roanoke. Then I got a text that the return location would be Hershberger Rd in Roanoke. I called Hershberger and they confirmed I should bring it there. That was not a problem, but there was inconsistent messaging.

I appreciated the quick customer service and that Earl and another gentleman (did not catch name) helped to hitch and unhitch the trailer from my vehicle. They were prompt with service and I did not have to wait to pick-up and go. One of the best experiences with UHaul.

The person checking in the cars after use was busy. He checked in and parked one car at a time while we all waited. It would have been more convenient for the customers if he checked in all the cars and let us leave then parked them later.

The guy at the counter and the guy that helped me hook up the 10 foot truck and car transport were both great. My reservation was ready to go when I got there and the truck and the customer service were top notch. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

To Whom It May Concern, I am very disappointed and confused with how my rental was executed… 1. Two days before pickup, I was told to pickup my truck at a different location than the one I reserved online 2. When I called the new location, they initially had no record of my reservation (were later able to recover it) 3. When I picked up truck on Saturday morning, they had no 10 ft trucks (what I reserved) and had only one truck available which was 15 ft… this then required a call to the manager for approval to keep the reserved price 4. The truck had only 3/16 of a tank of gas… I was told to bring it in with ¼ and there would be no charge, I was applied a $14.40 credit for low gas 5. I put in over 14 gallons of gas and average 8.5 miles per gallon… 6. I travelled only 99 miles 7. When I turned in the truck at Charlotte, I was told I lost the gas credit…but I could see the gas gauge clearly read over ¼ 8. When I asked what happened I was told I had a credit and thought I was getting $14.40 BACK since I used fewer miles than allowed (99 vs. 122) 9. I will NOT rent from UHAUL again Bad Reservation… place, price and equipment are NOT honored at all without escalation Inaccurate Turn In Process Inaccurate and Confusing communication on credits and bill FLAT out WRONG turn gas reading

I wanted the truck at 10-11 am. Earliest I could get one was 2:30 pm. There was several trucks of the same size sitting in the yard which tells me I could have gotten one sooner. Then I was asked if I could return the truck before the end of the day and I said maybe. I asked if I returned it in the morning would it be a 1 or 2 day rental. I was told it was a 1 day rental and my bill showed 2 days. I am still trying to get a refund.

My reservation was lost (somehow the "add-on" moving help was contracted, but the truck reservation disappeared). Truck oil light was on when I started the truck. Both issues were rectified quickly and professionally.
