The truck was not full of gas. Was pointed out before I left lot. Was told to bring it back with same amount of gas which I did. Was charged for additional gas what was not in the vehicle and was part of my original paperwork. Would not select this location again. Renters beware!
Ensure quality control checks on outgoing equipment. The experience could have been avoided altogether entirely. I am also still waiting for my total refund.

There is a disconnect between the online experience and the stores and the online was broken. I was finally given a truck but the odometer was wrong and had to stand in line for another 20 min and get it resolved, so took over an hour to get a 10 ft truck, and there were no lay flat wardrobe boxes so i had to spend an extra $10 for a short box and the fuel guage was recorded incorrectly and was charged and extra $14 for gas so really the excellent attitude the woman helping me had is the only reason I rated you so high
We rented the trailer for 24 hours due back at noon. At 9:30am we were aware that we would be late. So we called uhaul and spoke with someone to let them know. Her name was Alicia and she said it was perfectly fine if we were back by 2pm there was no reservations after us. 12:11 roles around and we get a call from the lady at the store we rented from. She immediately gets an attitude about the trailer not being returned yet. Says there are customers there waiting for it. I tell her we spoke with Alicia and got an extension of return hours. She continues more rude than before and exclaims she doesn't know who that is and wants to know how quickly I can get it back there. I tell her for a second time when we can have it back by. Before I can even finish my sentence she hangs up on me. I was honestly shocked. It was incredibly unprofessional. When we get back to the store to drop off the trailer the guy checking us in (was very nice) radios the lady at the front desk to see how much he needed to refund us for the moving blankets we rented that we never received, which we also called about a day prior. The lady radios back in what can only be described as a hostile/passive aggressive tone â€œit's on the website!â€ as if she in no way wanted to assist him with our drop off. I will continue to use uhaul as I always have. I will never be back to that location while she is there.

Taheem was the man! He is a great asset. Extremely helpful, friendly, and knows his stuff. All staff was great and courteous but he stands out. He is the vital key to the success of this location.
There was a longer trailer that was parked in the back that I almost hit it Up still don't know how I didn't but I backed in and it was on my left kind of bad n my blind spot. That was something that could be parked on the side road for trailer trailer not the back. Very narrow and totally not necessary for it to be that way. It could of been a bad way for me my new car and my trip. One more thing the clean out area for returns had debris that could cause a flat because I had to end up driving through the area. There was no parking but yet the woman there was rude about us parking where we could and the wait was long what do you expect!
Wonderful customer service at front desk; however, parking is limited and often difficult at this location. Recommend based on convenience of location and friendly service.

The drop off was a little freaky.

Make sure all equipment is in the truck before customer leaves. Dolley was left off truck and we had to come back to get it.
Attending Customer Service gentlemen was EXCELLENT. Articulate and Friendly. After inspecting the returned truck he asked us if the hanging cable was like that when we picked it up. We informed it that it was. He then told us that should have noticed by Attendant at Pickup location as that could have been a problem. It was then I realized it was the cable wire such as you have on your home garage and yes that it could have been a major problem. Any way he was going to make sure it was repaired before sending out again. He was our 5 STAR employee of the day!!

The Uhual smelled like cigarette. The computer check-in didn't work. The check engine light was on the whole time.
