I returned the Uhaul truck safely. An hour later I discovered that I left something very important and valueable inside the truck. When I got back to the location the guy that issued me the truck was on his way out. I hopped out the truck and informed him about what happened. This gentleman stopped what he was doing. Got out of his car went all the way back in the building, found the key, and I was able to get my belonging that I left. This was outstanding service and the guy at this location is a Awesome. He had a long line and was the only one there when he issue me the truck. The computer was crashing and he still handled everyone like a champ. This is my preferred location I would not want to any other location. This is the best one that I’ve been to. I would refer anyone to this location

I never received a receipt when checking the equipment in. The employee told me I would get an email. I never received an email. This makes me feel very uncomfortable, and I would hesitate to recommend U-haul based on this fact alone. When renting equipment, Documentation and transparency are key to customer peace of mind.

Higher more staff who show up to work. One worker, 3 sets of people waiting, almost a full hour to pick up a reserved rental. Computer system locked up again and again too. Rental was dirty and had to be blown out. Poor overall experience.

Worst Customer experience ever experienced. Period. Something needs to be done about a 45 minute pick-up time with 2 customers in front of me. This was with all my info being put in online first, which was to cut my pick-up time in half. So that would have been a 1.5 hr check in without online entry? Return check-in was also about 45 minutes with no one in front of me! Outside check-in agent was not present, so I could not be checked-in until later. All I wanted was a final receipt. It took office agent all that time to calculate the charges and waited until I received it. U-haul needs to understand that this review is based on one of the worst customer service conditions I have ever seen. I don't write reviews very often. I am a business owner and would be out of business based on this level of non-service. This U-haul location has no regard for their brand or service. Wish I had competitors like U-haul!

Totally unacceptable overall services. I was still charged 2x day rental fee for a 13xhour usage. Even after I clearly explained to the dispatcher prior to finalizing the rental agreement. I signed the contract at 08:49am and returned it at 21:30pm the same day. As I was disconnecting the trailer along with my wife, several homeless men (6x or more) immediately appeared around the return lot. The drop off area was completely blocked with other returned trucks, so I had to drive around the backside of the office to drop the trailer. I also annotated onto the rental agreement packet; the date, time, parking space, and the reasons for parking on the backside of the office. This piss poor services i have been induring from Uhaul is well beyond sub par.

Make sure that equipment is taken out of the vehicle after every person is finished. We had a TV of ours get broken because of the negligence of one of you employees not taking equipment out and fully returning the truck for next person. I not only had to deal with one box dolly but I had to deal with two and then they slide into my flat screen TV and broke it. Then I get back to deal with willie the store manager who I asked to go and check over vehicle the morning I took it he told me everything was fine nothing was in the back truck was clean. It was a horrible experience from the beginning of the day. The store manager was asked multiple times about 24-7 options for rental and he misunderstood my question I guess and became very aggressive I thought it was explained correctly so I repeated what was asked he finally realized he misunderstood and never apologized. I rent quite often from uhaul and I have never been so rudely treated and then my stuff was destroyed today by the negligence of your store managment. My contact information is 386-951-9050 I will be going through process of doing a claim tomorrow morning any input on what I should need would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much for past and hopefully further business with uhaul.

Was very busy and only had one person at the desk assisting customers. Most everyone waited 30-40min. When I asked to extend the contract duration from Tuesday drop off to Sunday drop off they said they could not do it and I had to call customer service. I called customer service and after talking to 3 people they said only the pickup location could extend the date and that the pickup location would call me. They never called me. Lastly, they listed the fuel level as full in the contract. After leaving the this location in the truck I noticed the fuel level was half. I ended up paying for more fuel than I used.

Dropped the truck off early and received an additional charge. When asked why...told...Uhaul rips you off. Complained about the truck leaking water in the rain and was told...let the corporate folks know that... Felt like my business did not mater at all to them...I was just a hassle.

I was waiting awhile before anyone acknowledged me and though I was told someone would be right with me I waited close to an hour before being helped and was honked at and asked to move not of the way 3 different times as I was told where I could not go... Very poor customer service. Not an experience I would like to repeat

I made a reservation prior in order to streamline the process. When I arrived at the store there was 5 people in line ahead of me. I remained in line for an hour and a half. To me this was very excessive and slowed down the process of my moving for that day. Unacceptable
