Actually have the additional equipment in the unit if the reservation is going to flip to self pick up. I paid for movers help and being short 2 dollys slowed down progress.

This is not an actual Uhaul store. The app let me schedule both of my rentals for pickup at this location only to find out upon arrival that they did not have both pieces of equipment. I then had to drive 30 minutes both ways across town to get the other piece of equipment.
