I know that I was told that the hand truck were on back order but we serverly needed one but other than that everything else was on point

JONATHAN WI’m very upset when I went to return the U-Haul I called ahead to a different return location and asked if I could return there instead of my scheduled return and they said yes. Afterwards I was charged over $200 for a “wrong location return” fee. This is unacceptable to not communicate this when I called in.
