The location owner seemed to not know what to do to help me so I was forced to figure everything out with U-Haul over the phone causing me to be 30 minutes late. The inside of the cargo area of the truck was not clean at all and was covered with dirt and hay making me have to clean my furniture after moving it out of the truck.
