Staff at location did not know how to check-out keys. Was a bit frustrating at first but finally got it worked out.

Andrew HOverall worst experience. I reserved online to avoid the hassle of doing it in person. But my license had issues being scanned and the representative didn’t know why. I was quoted a price online but charged double the amount quoted. The initial drop off location was changed and I wasn’t notified until I created a U-Haul account. Overall bad experience don’t recommend going here.
