Use locations that don't hire indians who talk on the phone in Punjabi while serving you and mess everything up. They gave me the wrong amount of furniture pads and tried to charge me 11,000 dollars for miles.

There was an issue with the software during the check out process resulting in the customer service rep being unable to complete the process while I was there, however all information was documented allowing me to leave while he resolved the issue which he eventually did and I received my copy of the bill which was accurate. I am uncertain what the actual issue was however if there is some glitch that could prevent an expedient return process then that should be addressed. Additionally, there was no available dolly's to rent, this equipment is indispensable when moving and should always be available from uhaul. Other than this I was completely satisfied with the service.

DARIEN SI had a taxi waiting a very long time because the drop off process wasn't going well. The person didn't really know what to do and his electronics/the website weren't working.
DERRICK LThey didn't have my reservation ready. I had to talk to someone off site on a phone. It took 30 minutes just to get the contract emailed to me. WEIRD place.
