I rented a trailer and they could not tell be the ball size I needed. And the trailer had a lock on it when I went to get it which they didn’t have a key

Only got 4 blankets ,not 12. I asked why I wasn’t told this. The counter guy said “that is your problem not ours” I had to use towels instead. I thought is was a very ignorant thing to say.
Richard KLittle help with hook-up...had to ask for assistance (it was a 6x12 trailer and heavy) to hold up the trailer tongue while I positioned my hitch. How on earth I could do that alone while backing up the truck is, obviously, impossible. The "manager" gave me the look-of-death when I asked for help but eventually sent someone (very nice employee) to help. Suggestion, put the tongues up on a block of wood if you don't want to provided any assistance. I could have done it myself that way. Otherwise, serve your friggin' customers.
