BAILEY SThe last time i rented a u haul trailer, from lively inn suites in lively Ontario I was scammed. The employee said I couldn't use my card, and I had to pay cash.. so I paid cash, used the trailer and then brought it back no issues, and not late. I was charged again, on my credit card after the whole process was over. I owe you guys for this rental ive just done, you guys can forget about it and swipe it away since I was scammed with my last rental. I called and never got my money back like promised.
