When I made my reservation on the phone I was told this location had storage, which was not the case. The man at this location was very nice in helping me to locate where my storage unit actually was.

John GEmployees were not knowledgeable about uhaul because it was a third party contract. Only one employee appeared to handle uhaul, and the experience drudged on because of his lack of knowledge.
