The representative that assisted me during the drop off was very kind and helpful. I did not get a U-Haul account app on my phone and was not having success opening it. The representative (Jonathan) took acre of that and helped me on my way. Great big, "Thank you!", U-Haul! your people are exceptional, I will always use you whenever I can.
