Make sure the trucks are cleaned out prior to rentals. It appears UPS rented my truck before me and they had some of there delivery literature in the back of the truck and food wrappers, empty cigarette pack and drinks from the cab around the drivers seat. Prior to me returning it I cleaned the truck out to make sure I didn't get charged a cleaning fee.
