Location was not clearly marked as a U-Haul dealer. And then the entire process for picking up was unclear, and the individuals at the location were not very helpful.

MATTHEW AThe location was not easy to find and I was on hold with U-Haul for nearly an hour trying to find the keys to my truck which were supposed to be self pickup and they were not. And then I was given the wrong truck.
Laura FPicked up truck and none of the extra equipment I ordered and paid for was in the truck. Pick up was confusing and staff was not very helpful.
