Luka VI’m really disappointed with how this location handled my rental. I returned the vehicle within the agreed 4-hour period (3 hours and 50 minutes exactly), yet I was charged as if I exceeded the time. This feels unfair and misleading. I trusted your service, but this experience made me feel deceived. I hope U-Haul takes action to ensure honest and transparent billing for future customers.
