This drop off location I was directed to no longer exists, although the customer service representative claimed it did according to his records. We had no place to drop our keys and was on hold for over two hours and got disconnected multiple times. We finally had to drive the truck to another faraway drop location that actually did have personnel and a drop box on site but was pretty sketchy to say the least. A very poor experience for us and I should get a refund for all the trouble we were put through.
