No one explained this was a drop off location only and when I called the number on the paperwork to let them know we were on our way the employee seemed put off and upset we even called. Very poor customer service and no help whatsoever. I had to figure things out on my own by scanning the QR code and entering pictures and eventually finding a drop box on the side of a building 400 yards from where the UHaul trucks were parked. No signs telling me where to go. There was no location to rate as clean but I couldn't leave it blank. It is hard to say if an empty parking lot is inviting in the middle of a Chicago winter when it is zero degrees out.

DC MI honestly have no idea what to say here. They were closed and I just checked out on the website and dropped the key in the drop box
MATTHEW CThere is very little signage or evidence that a Uhaul operates out of this location. Signage or details during the reservation process explaining to check in at the Management Office of the Arts Center would be very helpful. The parking lot where the trucks are parked is not obvious based on the Maps location shown during the reservation, so even a Mobile Pickup is confusing.
