Store location is in an unsafe location with high crime rate, U-Haul parked location is not direct near the store. Didn’t receive any equipment I ordered, gave me a very hard time to move.

NANCY WWhen I arrived, the worker at this location didn't know how to remove/disconnect the trailer from my vehicle. And they didn't know how to check in the returned equipment. I had to scan the QR code and do self check-in of equipment.
