Everything was stuck. Locks. Doors. Unclear instructions. My equipment was missing
Kandice SThere was no one available to help me or provide me with instructions when I arrived at the lot. There was no signs or spots for a uhaul truck to be parked. There was also no drop box for the keys. Again, ridiculous service from a ridiculous company.
Mario TThe uhaul app said I could pick up the keys from the app but then they made me go to the counter. The person at the counter didn't know anything about uhaul and kept taking other customer in front of me. The lock box with the keys was EXTREMELY difficult to open and clse. The app made me take all the puctures twice. close.
