This location was unmarked and it was difficult to know what to do with the truck— there was a group of gentlemen outside that said they would handle the return for us, but it seemed a bit unofficial compared to the very rigid pickup process.

The person responsible for delivering and picking up the car was not clear at all, and they did not give me any of the amenities when I picked it up.
Ali M-Have the correct equipment within the truck that was ordered online. -Have that equipment actually secured in the back of the truck so it’s not flying around in transit. -Have the truck filled with some sort of fuel at time of pick up (it was on E).
