Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. There was no clear or designated place to park the truck, which made returning it unnecessarily stressful. The location also showed that they had an after-hours drop box, but when I arrived, there was no drop box available; it looked like it had been removed or was not properly maintained. On top of that, the staff were rude and completely unhelpful. They did not provide clear instructions, did not seem interested in resolving the issue, and made an already confusing situation even worse. Communication was also very difficult, and I left feeling like customers are expected to figure everything out on their own. A U-Haul location should have basic things clearly set up: parking instructions, a working after-hours key drop, and staff who can help customers. This location failed on all of those. I would not recommend renting from or returning to this location.

There was no place to scan like the app said there would be plus no parking or marking as to where to park.
ROBERT BI was charged an extra $20.00 for supposedly returning a day late. I actually returned it 3 hours earlier with more gas than I picked up. And only drove 7 miles instead of 10. I don't know why this happened. I called and can't get a manager on the phone. Please help.
lenny gBuilding does not have a parking lot and there was no dedicated place to return the truck. I imagine it will be difficult for the next customer to find the truck because we were forced to park it a block and a half away on the street.
Andrew GWhen we went to pick up our rental truck, the office wasn't open so we called the number to find out that they were closed for the entire day. This set us back an hour in moving for the day. We would like to request a partial refund for this inconvenience.
