Miguel ATruck wasn’t ready and equipment wasn’t ready. Had to pay out of pocket to pick up a dollie because U-Haul didn’t have it
XAVIER GDrop-off after hours. Did not interact with any employees.
Stephen HU-Haul signage was difficult to see. Parking location was unclear as the dropoff location was on a busy urban street with no parking lot. The individual at the location was very friendly and professional. The communication from U Haul about what to do at this location should have been more clear. Also, we had chosen a dropoff location that was so close to our destination that it was visible from our destination. We were told that was not an option on the morning that we were moving and we were told the available option (Maria’s) was the next closest. It took us 90 minutes of driving the truck across Chicago to get to the alternate dropoff then another hour to get back to our home, wasting nearly 3 hours on a busy moving day. This was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
