It is not at all clear where the truck should be parked. A photo should be included in the instructions indicating where to park.
JOSEPH KThe location was closed. I called support and was told to leave the truck in the alley. After I dropped my keys, I was told I parked in the wrong place. They said they have this problem all the time. I couldn’t do anything because I had already dropped the key.
