The trailer was extremely dirty outside. I had to sweep the inside out with a broom before taking it away. The furniture pads had dried poop on them and when I asked for fresh ones, they took them around back, brushed off some of the poop and then folded them inside out so I wouldn't notice they were the same blankets. The lady at the desk was very nice but overall it's disappointing to drive all the way to this location to pick up equipment that is dirty.
