I requested a dolly, there was no dolly when I picked up the truck however I was still charged for it.

The after hours turn in is awful. Being forced to download an app I don’t want just to return a trailer is asinine to say the least. There is no option online for returns, either. The customer service line said the hold time would be over an hour long. None of this is the location’s fault. They were very expeditious. This review is solely on U-Haul!

Sheryl JTruck was on empty when I got it had 12 miles to find a station. Truck list power driving from point a to b sat on side of the road limped to a station with room to pull over.
