The gentleman at the counter was very rude, he was yelling at a customer on the phone when I arrived and was very disrespectful at the beginning of the transaction. His mood changed a little through the transaction and was better by the end. But I would not recommend getting a U-Haul there!

Evidently mileage was entered wrong after prior usage. This caused overpayment for mileage on my part. Not happy about that.

Terrible and rude customer service by drop off contact person...his name was Wayne and he used an obscenity when asked about excess mileage charge. I would highly recommend people use "official" Uhaul centers and avoid secondary pickup/dropoff places

I was charged for fuel even though i filled the tank above the mark i started at! I didn't have my original recite with me to prove it, cause as i was told the computer isn't trained to lie! U-HAUL will Never get my $ again. Never! There are many other rental companies we as Americans should use & shut down the big name businesses that seem to forget where they started

The Ace Hardware employee had no idea how to check out a Uhaul truck. It took at least 30 min from start to finish. That is not acceptable. This is our third uhaul rental in 6 mos and this was the worst.

The original reservation we got at the silver lake road in new Brighton did not work out at all,we reserved the truck on Monday to pick up a 15 ft truck in Chippewa falls wis.,on The following Sat.Fri AM I called the dealer there and they had no reservation or any trucks either. So I ended up going on line myself and finding the u haul dealer on LAke Wissota and we had good service from them,thank God they had what we needed. We were happy with there service,but not the reservation on Monday in New Brighton. Dealer
