Easy to get to but you would have to walk into the office to know where to park your rental as there is zero signage and no obvious way to know where they are located unless you Google map to see an image of the store front. Also there is a language barrier unless you are fluent in Spanish.

It was hard to find this location
Gregory PI would not due to the fact that this is the second time this location has rented a truck that has issues. Which this rental was the second and the truck broke down left me stranded. Joel Carlson never returned my call or text to rectify the situation, after I received an outrageous bill. It is bad enough that I’m paying for a day that I could even use the vehicle, then charging almost a 300 DLL dropping at a different location fee because of the vehicles mechanical failure. I am disappointed at the no approach response. My experience is just that; my experience. All except for Joel, the people were nice that is a definite thumbs up.
