Phil JCustomer service was wonderful starting with Ruben at the international car auto dealer. He set us up with this place. This place had everything we needed and we got off to a great start and even better finish.
Melonnie GI reserved 15ft truck and auto transport 13 days prior to my pick up date. The day before, I receive a phone call telling me that a 15ft truck was not available and that I’d get a 20ft truck instead for the same price. Furthermore, the pick up location changed to Chula Vista which was further. On the day of pick up, the local agent tells me the 20ft truck hadn’t arrived but a 26ft was available. I requested a 15ft truck, not a 26ft truck. Then I had to call an agent to find a 20ft truck in the area and complete the self check-in process myself. The major problem I have is that I did not need that much space, I was only moving a one bedroom apartment and I had nowhere to park a 20ft/26ft truck in San Diego (where parking is very difficult). Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I appreciate that the price maintained the same as my original 15ft quote and I also appreciate the military discount. I understand that this was only “request” and not guaranteed. Overall, I am very displeased about the reservation process. What’s the point of making a reservation two weeks in advance if you’re not going to deliver on what was requested?
